General Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time on custom orders will be communicated directly to the customer.

Shipments and deliveries DO occur on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing high order volume, you can expect delays of up to 6-7 business days. Any changes in processing time will be communicated via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We provide shipping to P.O. boxes via USPS or DHL. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email upon creation of the shipping label.

Damages

Coalesce Apparel + Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team direction at info@coalesceapparel.shop to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, and DHL. For domestic shipments (within the United States), orders of $200 or more receive free shipping.

We ship all over the world. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, and DHL. Please note:  shipping time to the UK may take significantly longer than estimated at check-out.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Coalesce Apparel + Design is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).
